Trading the Emini S&P 500 in a Bearish Market. +47.25 Points in 1 hour with Responsible Day Trading!!

Sep 30, 2021

One thing I’ve learned about myself through trading is, if I give up when the going gets tough, I might as well throw in the towel. Today I waited for about 40 minutes before I took my first trade. I was enticed by a few things that would have eaten my lunch if I had not been patient and even after starting off the day with 10 points, my 2nd trade had me -1.5 points.

I knew pretty quickly after getting into my 2nd series of trades, consisting of 8 contracts, that I had jumped the gun a bit and all I could really do was manage my risk to keep it from taking me for everything.. So that’s what I did. Almost as soon as it took me out, I was back in for 8 more contracts, knowing that I had been a bit hasty on my first trade.

That one pretty much took the cake. It took me from being down a point and a half to walking away with +47.25 points. With the ES being $50/point, that would be $2362.50, of course prior to commissions—because those will come out of there too. And days like this, make it so easy for me to miss the rest of the week and continue on with my other projects without a care in the world!
This is why I LOVE Day Trading and I’ll continue to do anything I can to help those on their trading journey to reach a level of success they never even knew was possible! It is quite literally, my pleasure!
Thanks for being here with me folks! I appreciate your time and energy! Much love and profitable trades to you my friends!!

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones’ financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. This is neither a solicitation nor an offer to buy or sell futures, options or forex. CFTC Rules 4.41 - Hypothetical or Simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, because the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs, in general, are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.
