Monday Morning Rundown 8-16-21

Aug 17, 2021

Wow! Could this market have a more interesting look?! Check out my thoughts here!
The dots stayed stuck between the Bollinger Bands all last week until it final made a small move to the upside. Now, with that being said, I still don’t trust the move up to be something significant. Patterns show this is something that has produces a move down in the past and really could again.
Am I stuck in the short mindset? Possibly—but history does have a way of repeating itself and I will be prepared for whatever comes my way. Staying on your toes and letting the market do its thing is the only way we come out of this thing with our dignity (or maybe our ego lol) intact.
Alrighty, we’re going to keep this short and sweet! I hope that everyone has a fantastic week and that lessons are in check my friends! Much love, awesomeness and points to us all! 😉

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones’ financial security or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. This is neither a solicitation nor an offer to buy or sell futures, options or forex. CFTC Rules 4.41 - Hypothetical or Simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, because the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs, in general, are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.
