I'm BACK! Trading the Emini S&P Yesterday (8/26), Review of Monday & Wednesday's Trades! +29 Points

Aug 27, 2021

Oh man—WOW!! It has been too long since I talked out loud through a trade and I really do forget how teaching while I trade seriously keeps my head in check. It makes me say the things that I see and allows me to be more present and aware. So the last few days of trading have been a little tough for me. It was choppy and slow, so one has to REALLY trust themselves in order to keep from getting in too late or holding on too long. I did a little bit of both BUT I managed the trades accordingly. I did only have 1 loss out of the 10 trades but I had a few break evens and some REALLY small winners. With trading 4 contracts, that can get quite costly in the commissions/fees department if I take too many small winners. Also, it can throw me off if I did take a few losses. With the small winners, if I take too many full losses, it throws my risk to reward out of balance. Then it could become that drastic situation of winning more than I lose and still walking away in the red. It is something I’m hyper aware of and doing my due diligence to get that situation back in check. Anyways folks! I know it has been a LONG time since I’ve been able to share a trade with you like this and I’m so grateful that you have stuck around with me because there is MUCH more to come for sure! Much love good peeps and I’m wishing you an excellent weekend!

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones’ financial security or lifestyle. CFTC Rules 4.41 - Hypothetical or Simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, because the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs, in general, are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.
