August 28, 2022 Emini S&P 500 Weekly Market Rundown with Responsible Day Trading

Aug 29, 2022

Hello friends!  First, sorry I wasn’t available last week—I was really feeling a bit under the weather but I’m back and feeling ready for this week!

So, wow!  Last week was a doozie!  We did see the price pull back up quite a bit BUT as expected, the areas held and the market has just flown back to the downside.  When the market opened today, we saw a nice little gap but not enough to cause stirs in order to feel like we needed to “close” the gap immediately.

Now, if things go like we might think, we may see another strong push back to the downside.  Everything is poised for it at the moment and it could be a fun week to trade! We have to remember, the market doesn’t move in a straight line, so even though the market might be moving to the downside with strength, that doesn’t leave out the opportunity to take longs when they present themselves—you just need to make sure you’re paying attention to your targets and stops so that you don’t get yourself caught in any kind of trap!

Well folks, that is going to wrap it up for this week.  I will be doing a lot of traveling over the next few months, so I will probably get Jason to step in and switch things up for you a bit during those times.  I will never be far away though, so keep bringing on those questions because we love them! Much love my friends and have a fabulous week!

Also, because the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs, in general, are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.
